Description: Als Teil des Volvo Trucks Service Nord Teams in Henstedt-Ulzburg bist du erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden, berätst, nimmst Aufträge entgegen und koordinierst die Abwicklung im Werkstattumfeld. Du sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse, maximale Kundenzufriedenheit und eine ordnungsgemäße Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge.
Was du tun wirst:
- Erstkontakt, Beratung und Auftragsannahme
- Kostenvoranschläge und Absprachen mit dem Kunden und der Werkstatt
- Prozessgetreue Auftragsannahme, Auftragsnachverfolgung und Koordination der Kundenkommunikation
- Abrechnung der Werkstattaufträge, Erstellung der Rechnung und Fahrzeugrückübergabe
- Reklamationsbearbeitung und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Kundenbindung
