The Knowledge Manager drives the flow of engineering knowledge across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. The role ensures that critical know-how is easily accessible, reusable, and structured for both people and AI-based systems, enabling faster development, improved quality, and reduced rework.This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland. Key Responsibilities: Enable effective engineering knowledge flow across teams, regions, projects, and technical domains. Build and maintain an AI-ready knowledge ecosystem with clear structures, taxonomy, and governance. Capture and scale engineering know-how from lessons learned, best practices, benchmarking and design guidelines. Promote knowledge sharing and continuously improve accessibility, quality, and reuse. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field. Several years of experience in engineering, project management, quality management, or knowledge management. Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with knowledge platforms, information architecture, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
