Description

• Volt is immediately hiring for Picker / Packers in Bloomington, CA.

As a Picker / Packer you will:

• Job Description

• Day to Day Responsibilities

• Pick cosmetic products from warehouse inventory according to order requirements.

• Verify product names, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates as required.

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

• Label and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.

• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management.

• This is a full-time Temporary opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience is a plus.

• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.

• Strong accuracy and productivity focus.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Mon-Fri 4am-12:30pm + OT

• Mon-Fri 1pm-9:30pm + OT

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
