Job Description

Beebah S Foodies is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic female Kitchen Supervisor to lead our daily kitchen operations in Festac Town, Lagos. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about culinary excellence and team development.

As Kitchen Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering a collaborative work environment. This position offers a competitive salary with additional performance-based event allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate record-keeping for ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong proficiency in food preparation techniques and team management.

• Solid knowledge of inventory control and record-keeping practices.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Proximity to Festac Town is a distinct advantage.
