About the Role Epic's in-house culinary team is hiring a reliable, full-time Kitchen Porter to support our dining service, which serves over 9,000 meals daily. Starting pay is $22.00/hour with daytime Monday–Friday hours. After 90 days, there is an opportunity to be considered for full-time employment and become eligible for the full Epic benefits package including health, dental, vision, generous paid time off, and more.

- Clean and stock equipment used by our culinary team.
- Take point in kitchen cleaning and a variety of related tasks.
- Help keep the dining service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For
- Food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable frequently lifting heavy items up to 40 lbs and standing for most of the day.
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

- Previous kitchen porter or food service experience (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay $22.00/hour with daytime Monday–Friday hours.
- After 90 days, potential to be considered for full-time (FTE) and eligibility for the full Epic benefits package (health, dental, vision, generous PTO, and more).
- Opportunity for annual raises, bonuses, and stock grants; four-week sabbatical after five years.
