Job Summary
An established, exciting, high-energy group is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager with scratch kitchen experience in high-volume casual dining. We offer excellent benefits, focus on our people, and promote a fun working environment.
KITCHEN MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- History of success in developing high-performing teams
- Restaurant Management for at least 3 or more years in a high-volume corporate structure
- Strong culinary experience in a scratch kitchen
- Good work tenure, no more than 3 jobs in last 5 years
- Must be able to train away from your home market for up to 6 weeks, with availability to return home during days off
