Kitchen Manager Requirements;
– 2+ Years of Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service casual dining scratch kitchen concept.
– Some baking experience and working with dough would be very helpful
.- Must be proficient in delivering financial results.
– You need to be a culture builder that others follow and have experience leading 15+ team members
