Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen operating at its best by:

• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment ready for service
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Receiving deliveries and putting stock away
• Supporting breakfast, lunch and dinner services
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Being an essential part of a fast-paced and energetic kitchen team

Qualifications

• Who We Are Looking For

• You do not need years of experience, but some hospitality or kitchen experience is essential. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. If you are dependable, hands-on, and enjoy working as part of a team, you will fit right in.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred

• Reliable, hardworking and punctual

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Comfortable working in a busy environment

• Takes pride in cleanliness and presentation

• Physically fit and able to stay active throughout the shift

• Must be available to complete shift work, including weekends and public holidays
