Job Summary

• We are looking for a clean, hardworking, disciplined, and organized kitchen assistant to help with daily food preparation and maintain a hygienic kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow instructions and kitchen procedures.
• Wash, peel, cut, chop, and arrange ingredients.
• Prepare steamed buns and dumplings.
• Handle food and kitchen equipment properly.
• Clean and sanitize utensils and work surfaces.
• Minimize food waste and assist with daily kitchen tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Diploma or Certificate in Catering and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• Experience in a kitchen is an advantage.
• Must know how to make steamed buns and dumplings.
• Good cutting, chopping, and food preparation skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
• Must be obedient, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
• Must be organized, attentive, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• A male is preferred for this role.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N180,000
