Kitchen Accountant
- Job Location: Oju Ore, Sango Ota - Ogun

Responsibilities
- Take daily opening and closing stock of all food items, ingredients, and kitchen consumables
- Record all market purchases, supplier deliveries, and store issues to the kitchen
- Conduct weekly and monthly full kitchen inventory with the chef
- Calculate food cost per plate / portion and ensure standard portioning is followed
- Track food cost percentage and report any over-cost or abnormal usage
- Monitor kitchen wastage and report excessive wastage to management.
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.

Cashier

Responsibilities
- Collect cash, process POS payments and bank transfers accurately
- Issue receipts and bills for all transactions without exception
- Ensure no sale is made without a bill or receipt
- Attends to customers
- Provides what customers needs.
Salary
N50,000 - N55,000 monthly.

- The Lounge Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and profitability of the lounge.
