About the Role As a Kiosk mode Warehouse Employee at Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein in Roermond, you will be one of the frontline ambassadors for our brands, delivering great service and supporting store and warehouse operations. You will help ensure a high-quality customer experience and assist with product knowledge and merchandising. What You'll Do
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
- Be the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer questions.
- Be a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assemble outfits for customers and provide additional product recommendations.
- Assess customer needs and provide information about product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure maintenance, presentation and organization of store and warehouse matters are handled appropriately. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions of others.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work at pace.
- Energetic and authentic with a strong on-floor presence.
- Can-do attitude and initiative to find solutions in the shop. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €16.06 per hour.
