About the Role Sales Associate reporting directly to the store management team, acting as a Brand Ambassador, and guiding customers through the sales process to build loyalty. In a kiosk-mode in-store setting for PVH's iconic Tommy Hilfiger brand in Ankara, you will engage with an international customer base about PVH products and values and help deliver a premium shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Use effective sales techniques to meet targets and guide customers through the purchase journey.
- Represent PVH's corporate culture and brand image as a Brand Ambassador.
- Contribute to a professional and motivating work environment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards consistently.
- Monitor stock in the sales area and complete missing items to ensure full product and size availability.
