About the Role Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience on the sales floor and behind the scenes, upholding the brand standards under the guidance of our Store Management team. This role focuses on customer experience, brand ambassador duties, and proactive teamwork on inventory, restocking, cashiering, and other floor operations. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote the brand vision during every interaction
- Stay connected to campaigns and product launches to communicate brand goals to customers
- Proactively support the sales floor with inventory processing, restocking shelves, cashiering, and general store operations
- Maintain energy, enthusiasm and teamwork to meet store goals
