About the Role We are seeking a Kinaxis Planning Solution Consultant to contribute, develop and grow Accenture's SC&O Kinaxis planning practice. This role partners with clients to implement integrated demand and planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, agility, and resiliency within the extended supply chain. What You'll Do
- Lead functional and technical design workshops on Demand Planning.
- Develop custom design specifications for gaps in configurations.
- Create functional and solution designs for Demand Planning.
- Define data mapping needs for demand planning in o9 reference models.
- Develop POV on solution options to drive key design decisions.
- Develop testing strategy and test scenarios.
- Quality check on solution and test results.
- Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on client need. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Demand Planning.
- Minimum of 2 years of Kinaxis or implementing related supply chain demand planning solutions, including experience with configurations and fit/gap analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience); if Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience). Nice to Have
- Evidence of leading Kinaxis as a product owner, technical client service lead or lead solution consultant.
- Advanced Kinaxis knowledge (Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, S&OP and S&OE / Control Tower).
- Senior-level expertise in functional integration to major ERP.
- Advanced understanding of Kinaxis data models.
- Proven ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment; strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary varies by location; USD 54,400 to 196,000 per year.
