About the Role The Kids Klub Associate at The Bay Club Company supports caring for children in a family-friendly club setting. Under the direction of the Family Programming Director, you will help create a safe, clean and fun environment for children, and ensure department guidelines and standards are followed. The role involves caring for children ages six months through twelve years in Redmond, WA, onsite. What You'll Do
- Care for children ages six months through twelve years; ensure safety, cleanliness and a fun environment
- Sanitize toys and play equipment to maintain hygiene
- Greet parents and communicate effectively with families
- Follow the department’s established guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with the team to provide a welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year childcare experience
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Computer literate
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits
- $18/hr
