Kids Club Supervisor

A Kids Club Supervisor is the perfect role for a charismatic individual that enjoys exciting and energetic working environments with a dynamic team. You will enthusiastically interact with our younger guests and their parents while providing amazing experiences that are not only adventurous but educational as well in an interactive way!

What you will be doing:

Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all children by overseeing play activities, handling first aid situations, and responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
Supervise, coordinate, and oversee the setup, facilitation, and cleanup of scheduled activities, ensuring the highest level of care, attention, and observation for each child.
Plan, organize, and lead excursions and activities across different areas of the resort, delivering a structured, creative, and age-appropriate Kids Club program.
Lead, motivate, and train the Kids Club team, ensuring service standards, safety procedures, and guest experience expectations are consistently maintained.
Monitor daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with resort policies and procedures.
Foster positive relationships with children and parents by providing a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for all guests.

Passionate and enthusiastic professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in children's activities, recreation, childcare, or Kids Club operations.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, hospitality, or a related field is required.
Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction while maintaining a calm, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Knowledge of child safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols is an advantage.
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for children.
Russian, German, or Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
