About this role
About the Role Keyholder for our premium store in Frankfurt (25-30 hours/week). You will be a store role model, ensuring opening/closing, taking responsibility for operations, and delivering premium service to every customer. What You'll Do
- Open and close the store according to standards.
- Reach and exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success (Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV).
- Take the lead on stock deliveries and ensure smooth processes.
- Support management with daily store operations and Health-&-Safety processes.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time and handle complex customer inquiries; perform cashier transactions professionally. What We're Looking For
- Experience in premium retail, ideally with responsibility in fashion, footwear or lifestyle.
- Pride in representing our brand and culture; authenticity, professionalism and willingness to try new things.
- Resilience and solution-oriented thinking.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
- Flexibility in working hours – shifts vary, including vacation coverage for management. Compensation & Benefits
