About the Role Dr Martens Keyholder role in Paris Saint Michel; acts as a model for the team, ensuring consistent customer experience, overseeing store operations including opening/closing, and supporting management; part-time 30 hours/week with varied hours over 7 days. What You'll Do
- Assume responsibility for opening and closing the store if necessary, following all relevant procedures.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the store's overall performance: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV.
- Lead delivery procedures when needed, handling stock in line with company expectations.
- Assist the store management team in daily retail operations and health & safety procedures, e.g., delivery, clocking in, inventories, replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional, memorable experience by delivering high-level customer service in-store.
- Process cash register transactions according to operating procedures and handle more complex customer inquiries. What We're Looking For

- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems. Nice to Have
