About the Role Dr. Martens in Paris, Saint Michel is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership, model brand standards, and help drive sales and operations. This part-time role (30 hours/week) blends customer-service excellence with operational duties, including opening/closing and team guidance, to ensure a consistent, engaging shopper experience. What You'll Do
- Assume responsibility for opening and closing the store if needed, following all relevant procedures.
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to store performance: Sales, conversion, UPT, ATV.
- Lead delivery procedures when required, handling stock in line with company expectations.
- Assist the store management team with daily retail operations and health & safety procedures (delivery, clocking in, inventories, replenishment, floor-space management, maintaining a safe, orderly environment).
- Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience with high-level customer service.
- Process cash transactions in line with SOPs and respond to more complex customer inquiries. What We're Looking For
