Original description: About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor to ensure every customer receives a quality in-store experience. As a member of the store leadership team, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and drive on‑the‑floor performance through customer experience and daily sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
• Support scheduling and daily operations as part of the leadership team.
• Availability to work at least 20-25 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, plus holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive; takes initiative; demonstrates adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and pay attention to detail; strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time starting rate €23,250.00 annually (current rate; full-time equivalent hours are 40 per week).
