About the Role The Key Lead is a part-time store-floor supervisor responsible for delivering quality in-store experiences by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. As part of the store leadership team, you will help ensure store operations run smoothly on the floor.

What You'll Do

• Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
• Work Schedule Requirements: Availability will vary weekly and you should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish, required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility; able to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.
• Proactive thinking and a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €22,500.00 annually for full-time equivalent hours (40 per week); current pay range shown as €22,500.00 – €22,500.00 annually. Note: This role is part-time, and starting pay reflects the full-time equivalent used for compensation discussion.
