About the Role The Key Lead ensures customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the sales floor. You’ll be part of the store leadership team focused on customer experience and daily sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales
- Build and maintain Visual Displays
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members as a Floor Supervisor
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
- 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory/management experience not required
- Experience leading groups or teams preferred
- Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities; knowledge of current fashion trends
- Energetic, outgoing, assertive with initiative and confidence
- Adaptable and flexible; able to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proactive thinker with a strong work ethic
