Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - Rheinpark, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor to deliver a quality in-store experience, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates and driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Availability schedule will vary weekly but you should expect at least 25 hours per week; Saturday and Sunday availability and some holidays required. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required.
- CEFR B2 fluency in English and German required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Brand awareness, knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, assertive.
- Take initiative, be adaptable, multi-task and detail-oriented; strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €36,500 annually (full-time starting rate); full-time equivalent hours are 40 per week. This is a part-time role at 20 or 25 hours per week.
