About the Role
The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor in-store, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store customer experience and driving daily sales performance as part of the store leadership team. You’ll model our values and support store operations on the floor.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Availability: schedule will vary weekly; you should expect to work at least 25 hours per week with required Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak business periods.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence; master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented; engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time starting rate: €37,500 per year (40 hours/week); this is the base pay for a full-time role; part-time hours are 20 or 25 per week and compensation may be prorated.
