Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - MyZeil, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
- CEFR B2 English & German required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence; master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks with attention to detail; proactive thinking and strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting full-time rate: €37,500.00 annually; full-time pay range €37,500.00 - €37,500.00 annually.
- Current full-time equivalent hours: 40 per week; this is a part-time position of 20 or 25 hours per week.
