About the Role The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly. As a member of the store leadership team, you’ll drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
• Availability: schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience: No supervisory/ management experience required
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

Compensation & Benefits

• The full-time starting rate for this position is €37,500.00 annually (i.e., the full-time recruiting pay range for this position is €37,500.00 - €37,500.00 annually); full-time hours are 40 per week.
• This is a part-time position of 20 or 25 hours per week.
