Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - Ettlinger Tor, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor to ensure a quality in-store experience for customers. You’ll guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and partner with the store leadership to drive daily sales and store performance on the sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Availability: schedule will vary weekly but at least 25 hours per week; required Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience: Not required.
- CEFR B2: Fluency in English & German.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energized, outgoing, assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented; proactive thinking; strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €36,500 yearly for full-time equivalent; starting rate and range may be modified in the future. Hours for full-time are 40 per week; this is a part-time position of 20 or 25 hours per week.
