About the Role Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Availability to work at least 25 hours per week, including Saturdays/Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/ management experience is required.
- CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German, required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence.
- Master adaptability and flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €36,500 per year for full-time; pay range listed €36,500 – €36,500 per year; current full-time equivalent hours are 40 per week. This is a part-time position of 20 or 25 hours per week.
