Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - Donau Zentrum
About the Role The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. They provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help the store leadership team drive performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
- CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented; exhibit a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- The full-time starting rate is €31,524.27 annually, with a pay range of €31,524.27 - €36,226.13 annually. Starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
- For this role, full-time equivalent hours are 38.5 per week; this is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.
- Starting gross annual salary is calculated based on agreed working hours and paid in 12 equal monthly installments plus two additional payments (14 salaries per year).
