Job title: Key Lead m/w/d - ATRIO, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. As a member of the store leadership team, you’ll drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial experience: Not required.
- CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, and be adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented.
- Proactive thinking and a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a similar retail leadership role or environment.
- Applied learning mindset and willingness to grow with the brand.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €31,524.27 - €36,226.13 annually for full-time; part-time (20 hrs/week) with pro-rated pay. Starting gross annual salary is calculated based on agreed hours and paid in 14 salaries per year (two additional payments).
