About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. As part of the store leadership team, you’ll drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
• Availability: Schedule will vary weekly but you should expect to work at least 25 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/Management Experience: Not required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative, show confidence, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.
• Strong multitasking ability and detail orientation; proactive learning mindset.
• Strong work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Omni-channel experience.
• Visual merchandising experience.

• The full-time starting rate is €36,500.00 annually (note: this is the full-time figure; part-time hours are 20 or 25 per week).
