Job title: Key Lead - Manchester Arndale, Hollister
About the Role Responsible for delivering a quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and contributing to store leadership to drive on-floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Support scheduling and daily store operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisory/Managerial Experience: Not required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, master adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented; proactive learning and strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Preferred: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent (education).
- Preferred: 1 year of retail experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: £13.80 per hour (GBP) with potential future updates to pay range.
