Job title: Key Lead - Liverpool One, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead is part of the Hollister store leadership team at Liverpool One, responsible for guiding floor operations, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving on-floor performance and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing routines
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni-Channel orders
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
- Build and maintain visual displays
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred
- Supervisory/managerial experience: not required
- Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, assertive
- Take initiative, demonstrate confidence, adaptability and flexibility
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and remain detail-oriented; proactive thinking and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: £13.80 per hour (salary range shown as £13.80 per hour)
