Job title: Key Lead - Leesburg Premium Outlet, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead serves as the Floor Supervisor at Leesburg Premium Outlet, Hollister. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and keep store operations running smoothly on the sales floor. The role focuses on driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
- Maintain a strong customer focus; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence; master adaptability and flexibility.
- Able to balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented; demonstrate proactive thinking and a strong work ethic.
