Job title: Key Lead - Lakeside Shopping Center, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead helps ensure every customer receives a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and keeping store operations running smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Work with store leadership to meet daily sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Takes initiative, shows confidence, and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail and proactive thinking.
- Strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: £15.10 per hour.
