Job title: Key Lead - International Market Place, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead serves as the Floor Supervisor on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. As a member of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Maintain a schedule that requires 12-16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
- Maintain a strong customer focus; exceptional interpersonal skills; strong communication.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence; master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented; proactive thinking; strong work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is a plus.

- Starting hourly rate: $18.70 (pay range $18.70–$18.70 per hour).
