About the Role The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead helps drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and the achievement of daily sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive; confident initiative; adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and be detail-oriented; proactive thinking and strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting rate £16.20 per hour; the recruiting pay range is £16.20 per hour (range may be modified in the future).
