Job title: Key Lead - Dundrum Town Centre, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience. As part of the store leadership team, you’ll drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience: Not required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, be proactive, adaptable, and flexible; able to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: €16.50 per hour (hourly).
