Job title: Key Lead - Camarillo Premium Outlets, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead serves as the Floor Supervisor, ensuring every customer receives a quality in-store experience. As a member of the store leadership team, you will guide Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations and drive daily sales through customer focus and team performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but is preferred; experience in leading groups or teams is a plus.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Takes initiative, shows confidence, and demonstrates adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: $19.70 per hour (pay range $19.70-$19.70 per hour).
