About the Role The Key Lead acts as the Floor Supervisor in the Bluewater store, ensuring every customer receives a quality in-store experience. They provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and are part of the store’s leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
- Schedule varies; expect at least 16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods. What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required.
- Strong customer focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, adaptability, and flexibility; ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proactive thinking and strong work ethic. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: 15.10 USD per hour (the recruiting pay range is 15.10 USD per hour); rates may be modified in the future.
