About the Role The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates while keeping store operations running smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, they drive performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales results. What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values. What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Supervisor/ Managerial Experience: No supervisory/ management experience is required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong communication.
- Show knowledge of current fashion trends; be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative, show confidence, and master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented and proactive.
