Job title: Key Lead - Asheville Mall, Hollister
About the Role The Key Lead acts as the floor supervisor to ensure every customer receives a quality in-store experience. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive on-the-floor performance, and help achieve daily sales through excellent customer experience and team execution.
What You'll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial experience: No supervisory/ management experience required.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative and show confidence.
- Master adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented.
- Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic.
