Job title: Key Lead
About the Role The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Representatives and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly. As part of the store leadership team, you’ll help drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales.
What You'll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain Visual Displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience preferred.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and confidence.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
- Proactive learner with a strong work ethic.
