About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, passionate Key Holder (m/w/d) to join our store in Hamburg for 30 hours per week. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and, in the Manager's absence, take responsibility for day-to-day store operations. What You'll Do

Achieve sales targets and drive performance

Always provide excellent customer service

Manage store operations: deliveries, opening/closing procedures, clock-in/out, inventories, stock replenishment, etc.

Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean working environment

Conduct cashier transactions in line with store procedures

Handle complex customer inquiries

Support the leadership team in coaching and mentoring newer team members

In the absence of the manager, take responsibility for the store, including opening and closing for short periods

Other appropriate tasks as assigned by the store leadership team What We're Looking For

Similar experience in Key Holder functions (opening and closing the store), preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand

Strong customer service skills

Sales-oriented mindset – goal-driven and able to support the team in achieving business targets

Good understanding of team leadership and selling; professional, authentic, and unafraid to take initiative
