About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, passionate Key Holder (m/w/d) to join our store in Hamburg for 30 hours per week. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and, in the Manager's absence, take responsibility for day-to-day store operations. What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets and drive performance
- Always provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations: deliveries, opening/closing procedures, clock-in/out, inventories, stock replenishment, etc.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean working environment
- Conduct cashier transactions in line with store procedures
- Handle complex customer inquiries
- Support the leadership team in coaching and mentoring newer team members
