About the Role Be the Key Holder for our Munich store, working 30 hours per week and reporting to the Store Manager. You will deliver a unique, first-class customer experience and, in the absence of the Store Manager, take responsibility for daily store operations. What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fulfill all store operations (delivery, clock-in/clock-out, inventories, stock replenishment, etc.)
- Adhere to health and safety procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment
- Conduct cash transactions in line with store procedures
- Address complex customer inquiries
- Coach and mentor newer team members
- In the absence of the Store Manager, assume store responsibility including opening/closing for short periods
- Perform other appropriate tasks as directed by store leadership What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Key Holder (opening/closing) or similar role, preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales-oriented mindset – target-driven and able to help the team reach business goals
- Good understanding of team leadership and sales promotion
- Professional, authentic, and fearless demeanor
