About the Role Key Holder (m/w/d) for the Munich store, 30 hours per week, reporting to the store manager. The role is to deliver a unique, first-class customer experience and, in the absence of the store manager, to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of the store. What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets
- Always provide excellent customer service
- Fulfill all store workflows (delivery, opening/closing, clocking in/out, inventories, stock replenishment, etc.)
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a healthy, safe and clean work environment
- Process cash transactions according to store procedures
- Handle complex customer inquiries
- Coach and support newer team members
- In the absence of the store manager, take responsibility for opening/closing for short periods
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned by store leadership What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience in key holder/opening and closing duties, preferably within a fashion/lifestyle brand
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales-oriented, goal-driven and able to support the team in achieving business goals
- Good understanding of team leadership and sales promotion
