About the Role A Key Holder collaborates with the store management team to supervise store operations and foster an engaging, motivating environment for customers and staff. This role emphasizes driving sales, tracking key metrics, and contributing to the development of others. What You'll Do
- Act as a brand ambassador and drive sales through personalized service, styling, and outfitting recommendations.
- Partner with store leadership to create an engaging, omni-channel shopping experience using FP systems.
- Help manage the store environment, daily zone, and customer experience; maintain energy and positivity; lead by example.
- Teach and share product knowledge, brand messaging, and delivering exceptional customer interactions.
- Assist with shipment processing, restocking, placement of product, and upholding visual/display standards; ensure timely omni-channel order processing.
- Maintain safety standards and inventory accuracy; follow company policies to support profitability. What We're Looking For

- Experience in store leadership or supervisory roles; able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Pay: starting from USD 18.70 per hour.
