About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a proactive Key Holder for the Milano, Via Torino store. The Key Holder will guide the sales team, uphold our customer experience standards, and take on responsibilities related to opening and closing the store and handling merchandise processing. What You'll Do
- Lead the sales team at the Milan Via Torino store and provide operational and managerial support as needed.
- Set an example through strong customer service and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures.
- Receive, sort, and process incoming merchandise. What We're Looking For
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of leading a team.
- Retail experience with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to operate store procedures including opening/closing and merchandise handling.
- Willingness to work 30 hours per week (CTD 30h). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €12.31 per hour plus bonuses. Part-time (30 hours).
