About the Role Key Customer Quality Manager will own the quality program for two strategic semiconductor customers with a global footprint, ensuring product and service quality, leading cross-functional investigations, and driving continuous improvement across customer fabs in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. What You'll Do
- Own all aspects of product and service quality for two strategic semiconductor customers with global footprints
- Support material qualifications for new fabs in Germany, Arizona and Ohio
- Establish, monitor, and report key customer quality performance, improvement initiatives and project status
- Align Linde Electronics & Specialty Gases quality practices with customer requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with Key Customers, Linde Electronics & Specialty Gases Quality and Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. stakeholders
- Respond to customer quality questionnaires, participate in quality meetings, and report performance and action plans
- Review and coordinate Key Customer Supplier Procedures; address complaints via containment, RCA, and CAPA
- Lead cross-functional investigation teams and present findings using quality tools; ensure timely corrective actions
- Ensure recall/containment actions are effective and completed on schedule
- Perform quality training as needed; assist in new product and metrology qualifications using Process Control Systems (MSA, Gage R&R)
- Help prevent questionable product reaching customers through containment actions
- Lead and coordinate customer site/virtual audits and line walk preparations
- Ensure Change and Document Control complies with customer expectations
- Manage Material Review Board requests and communicate decisions to Key Customers
- Champion continuous improvement as a change agent What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of quality experience
- 3+ years in electronics industry
- 3+ years of customer interfacing experience
- Ability to communicate professionally in Korean
- ISO 9001 lead auditor certification a plus
- Project management experience preferred
- Collaborative problem-solving in a cross-functional team Nice to Have
- ISO 9001 lead auditor certification is a plus

- Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
