Job Summary
This is a channel-focused commercial role for a sales professional who already understands the solar distribution market, knows the key players and dealers in the South-East, and has a proven track record of selling solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, tubular batteries, and inverters. We are looking for someone who can do more than generate leads. You should already have experience managing distributors, dealers, resellers and installers, growing existing accounts, opening new channels and consistently converting relationships into sales.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, tubular batteries and inverters across Enugu, Onitsha and Anambra.

Manage and grow existing distributor, dealer, reseller and installer accounts.

Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.

Develop strong relationships with key players within the South-East solar and renewable-energy market.

Drive product visibility, market penetration and revenue growth across assigned accounts.

Develop account plans and sales strategies for key distributors and dealers.

Monitor distributor stock levels, product movement, pricing and market activity.

Identify market opportunities and competitor movements and translate them into commercial actions.

Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams on product availability, pricing, delivery and customer support.

Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

What We Are Looking For
You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- 7–9+ years of proven sales experience in the solar/renewable-energy industry.
- Demonstrated experience selling solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, tubular batteries and inverters.
- Strong channel sales/distribution experience within the solar or power solutions market.
- Existing knowledge of, and relationships within, Enugu, Onitsha and/or Anambra solar markets.
- Proven experience managing dealers, distributors, resellers, installers or EPC/channel partners.
- A strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
- Strong understanding of solar products and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory and consistently drive commercial results.
